Kat brings a wealth of experience and passion to every event. She began working in the service industry at just 16 and discovered her love for bartending while finishing her business degree at USC. Fight On! Since then, her dedication to crafting delicious cocktails and creating unforgettable experiences has only grown. With a knack for making people happy, a deep love for hosting great parties, and years of experience in fine dining and hospitality, Kat pours her expertise and enthusiasm into every drink she serves, setting the bar high for what a luxury mobile bar service can and should be.

Amilia Brady discovered bartending as a way to work independently while homeschooling her two sons and quickly fell in love with the artistry, energy, and connection that events bring. What began behind the bar evolved into a passion for creating experiences that feel effortless, elevated, and alive.

A salsa dancer and aerialist, Amilia has always been drawn to movement, expression, and flow, qualities she brings into every event she plans. She thrives in dynamic environments, seamlessly coordinating details while keeping the energy light, joyful, and engaging.

Amilia is also a birth doula, a role that reflects her deep respect for meaningful moments and her ability to support others with calm confidence and care. This unique blend of creativity, intuition, and professionalism allows her to serve clients with both precision and heart.
